Momofuku Goods is working to reshape the American pantry by bringing restaurant-grade essentials to home cooks. The goal is to make cooking more fun, enjoyable, and delicious while giving people room to be creative and rethink their weeknight meals.

Chef and Founder

David Chang is the chef and founder of Momofuku. Esquire has described him as one of the 21st century's most influential people. His screen work includes The Mind of a Chef, Ugly Delicious, and The Next Thing You Eat; his cookbook Momofuku is a New York Times bestseller.

The Momofuku Test Kitchen develops easy-to-follow recipes for home cooks, spanning quick snacks, one-pan weeknight meals, and special-occasion dishes.

Pantry Notes

All items are shelf stable. After opening, refrigerate Chili Crunch, Mild Garlic Chili Crunch, Black Truffle Chili Crunch, Extra Spicy Chili Crunch, and Liquids products. The range is vegan except Chili Crunch Hot Honey and Korean BBQ Sauces, and products contain no added MSG.
